Polyacrylate-13

Polyacrylate-13 is a synthetic copolymer composed of acrylic acid, acrylamide, sodium acrylate, and sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate monomers. It functions primarily as a film-forming agent and rheology modifier, creating a smooth, silky texture in formulations. It is almost always used as part of a thickener-emulsifier trio alongside Polyisobutene and Polysorbate 20, providing excellent stabilising and emulsifying capabilities.
