Centaurea Cyanus Flower Water is an aqueous solution of the steam distillate obtained from the petals of the blue cornflower (Centaurea cyanus L., Asteraceae family). It contains polysaccharides — including galacturonic acid, arabinose, glucose, rhamnose, and galactose — which are responsible for its documented anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.
