The CIR Expert Panel assessed 274 polyglyceryl fatty acid esters (including polyglyceryl-10 stearate) as safe when formulated to be non-irritating. No EU CosIng Annex II or III restrictions apply. PEG-free, PPG-free, dioxane-free, and chlorine-free.
